This February half-term, NW5 delivered an exciting holiday programme with activities for young people of all ages. From exciting trips to creative onsite fun, the week was a huge success, providing a safe, engaging, and energetic environment for local children and teenagers. With Ofsted also coming along to inspect our provisions.
Our younger group (ages 6-13) had a fantastic turnout, with plenty to keep them entertained. The week featured trips, ice skating and the cinema to name a few.
Back on site, all day, there was never a dull moment. Football tournaments brought out the competitive spirit, while arts and crafts sessions allowed the kids to express their creativity. Cooking activities were a hit, as they whipped up tasty treats, and various games ensured that energy levels remained high throughout the week.
For our older youth group. A highlight was the trip to Gravity, where they enjoyed a mix of darts, golf, and go-karting, putting their skills to the test in a fun and social setting. Additionally, they headed to Talacre, where they took part in a range of multi-sports, keeping active and enjoying some friendly competition.
NW5’s half-term programme was all about providing young people with a chance to stay active, socialise, and try new experiences in a supportive environment. We already are planning our Easter programme!
