February half-term was packed with lots to do for our children and young people. From exciting trips out to creative celebrations in-house, it was a week full of connection, confidence-building and community spirit.
Our older young people had an action-filled programme designed to keep them active, engaged and trying new things.
They done trips from Bowling, Paddle and Swimming!
Our younger age group had just as much excitement planned! They enjoyed their own bowling trip, a cinema trip and swimming too. Trips like these help children build independence, social skills and happy memories with their friends.
Back at NW5, we marked Chinese New Year with creativity and cultural learning. The children took part in themed arts and crafts, explored traditions connected to the celebration and enjoyed coming together to learn about different cultures within our community.
Half-term wouldn’t be complete without Pancake Day!
There were big smiles as children chose their toppings, helped prepare pancakes and enjoyed sitting together to eat.
Thank you to our amazing staff team for making it all happen — and to our families for trusting us to be part of your children’s half-term memories.
We can’t wait for the Easter Holidays!
