NVQ In Playwork

We’ve just partnered with LVS training to deliver the Playwork NVQ in Levels 2 and 3 to eight of our employees.

Six employees have started and will be completing a level 2 and two employees who have a little more experience will be completing the Level 3 and taking on some more senior roles at the project. We’re really excited to support all our employees to gain this qualification and hope we can help them all to complete it within the year. This was possible through some funding from our local authority Camden who funded us to provide this training to our employees.

We believe it’s really important to support individuals’ personal development and be able to do this as well as continuing the delivery of the Playwork qualification which isn’t as easy to access as it used to be and more qualified play workers in Camden and on our team!
